I am actually doing that for a website that has been delayed for too long. some aspects in life are universal but there are aspects that are specific to our continent, continent and sorry to write communities. Folk tales from our communities are the bomb. This very website can give you ideas if you go through questions & answers from the users. Our culture from an undiluted source is great . I think tourism is covered for the foreigners but not for the domestic tourist. Of course don't write a forum about our politicians because we become the laughing stock of the world. I heard at one IT forum that until the lion learns to tell its story the hunters story will always be the one told. I can't tell you what i am doing but i believe God willing i will have it up in February. I have the content - developed over a year but the appropriate platform is elusive, Just a few examples, Mike Rabar of Homeboyz has a fully local content website & i think its africapoint the largest tourisn=m point for East Africa that gave the owner usd 100,00 in 2008. i was shocked at that., I think basically look at foreign websites and since we don;t have their equivalent go for it! There are always students who want to pursue further studies or research in Kenya but where is a portal ?Good luck
